An organization must submit trademark opposition Application within four months of its publication on the Trademarks Website. A registrar will announce a day, accordingly both the parties must submit their pieces of evidence along with an explanation in detail to prove its a non-deceptive trademark. In case, if the newly registered Trademark registrant fails to prove it, the Trademark will be Abandoned. (which means the newly registered trademark owner cannot enjoy special rights on a trademark anymore. If he further continues to do so, necessary legal actions will be taken accordingly)
