Registering a Brand Mark or Logo of Company helps to secure the mark over the Country and Region. Once a Company registers a Trademark ,it becomes one of Property or asset. No one has the authority of using a trademark except the officially registered Company or Firm and if else a person or organization does that , the owner of the Trademark can file lawsuit.

Trademark (™) is registered under the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, Government of India. It holds an Expiry of 10 years and the Company need to Apply for Renewal for every 10 years of their Trademark.
